Clinical Supervision

Clinical supervision offers practitioners a safe and supportive space, outside of their workplace, to reflect on their practice and to engage in learning which will further enhance their skills, knowledge and experience. Clinical supervision offers practitioners an extra layer of support to help them navigate the complexities that come with working in the human services field.

At Hope and Healing Social Work and Counselling clinical supervision can be provided either in person at the office in Nambour or over Zoom or Skype. The Hope and Healing Social Work and Counselling office is a beautiful, welcoming and safe space for you to come and access supervision. At your initial session you will set out the plan for what you want to achieve from your sessions.

You do not need to be a social worker to access supervision through Hope and Healing Social Work and Counselling, Gabbey works with professionals from all human service industries, however if you have supervision requirements from your professional body, check with them regarding what you need from a supervisor and whether Gabbey meets this criteria.

When looking for a supervisor, it is important to find someone you feel supported by, who you feel safe to talk to openly and honestly, and who has specific skills and knowledge's in your area of practice. To see whether Gabbey might be suitable for your supervision needs, contact her via phone or email to arrange a time to talk further.
